Friday Yoga Class Series
Fridays, May 3–31 • 2–3pm
We are piloting a free 5-week gentle yoga class series on Fridays. Our focus will be on self-care and meeting your body where it is. The class is exclusively offered to Figtree members and will run from 2-3pm May 3-May 31 at Roots to Wings Yoga Studio (next door to Figtree Family Medicine Practice).

What to expect
simple breathwork practices
yoga postures for strength, flexibility and balance
Qigong practices designed to awaken and circulate energy in the body
Deep relaxation experiences
No prior yoga experience is necessary. The only physical requirement is the ability to walk up one flight of stairs.

Kindly email beth@figtreedpc.com by Thursday of each week if you can attend.
Please use the main entrance at Roots To Wings and arrive about 5-10 min early for your first class.
Your instructors
Classes will be led by either Beth Houlihan (Co-owner of Roots to Wings and Figtree Practice Assistant) or Dr. Schulman.
